Feedback on my concepts

The feedback I got cleared somethings up for me but also put me in some confusion. The most useful tip I got, was to not film lyrics, so not make a narrative based on the lyrics of the song, instead just come up with an original concept, the song can wait. 
So out of both presented ideas I chose my first concept where the main part would be shadows and performance, however, it is still undeveloped and I am quite confused by it.
