Focus Group
What is a focus group?
It is group of people chosen specifically to review a certain product. For example for bakeries a good focus group would be: children from 4 to 10 and their parents. This way you get the opinion of the consumer (children) and the providers (parents).
We will present our products to the A1 students. Age group 16-18.
Advices:
Have multiple copies of the digipack
Take criticisms
write down major points
Don't lie
Ask closed questions- with 1 responce of a number of possibilities but limited posibilities.
Open questions-unpridictable responses that can grow and have no limitations
